  • Furniture & Bedding
    Enjoy Free Shipping on Us unless otherwise specified. Shipping is only free in the Ottawa and Gatineau Area with in a KM radius. Please see Delivery Fee on the main page. A shipping charge will apply to orders under $999.99 We will contact you for your shipping time and rate outside of the Ottawa and Gatineau area. There is a premium on deliveries outside of the 50 Kilometer Radius of Ottawa. Please click on Delivery Fee for pricing outside of Ottawa. Or call the store and we would be happy to give you a quote over the phone. Free Deliveries do not apply to Mattress. Deliveries begin at approximately 8:00AM and continue until all scheduled deliveries for the day are complete. Regrettably, due to the volume of deliveries that must be routed, it is impossible to give exact time calls. However, you may prearrange to have a Tufted Nailhead representative call your home or office 1 hour prior to the estimated arrival time. We would appreciate it if you would be home on the scheduled day of delivery. A signature of a person 18 years of age or older is required on all delivery orders and that individual must accompany the delivery crew into your home or apartment. If you are in a condominium or apartment building please make sure the elevator service is available. Please note for the safety of our delivery crews and to expedite orders as efficiently as possible, there are absolutely no C.O.D orders under any circumstances. All balances owing must be paid in advance delivery or alternative delivery dates will have to be arranged. We are sorry no exceptions can be made. Pin hinged doors can be removed to complete delivery. However, carpentry work such as removing doorway moldings, banisters, etcetera, cannot be done. All pictures in narrow hallways or stairs should be removed by you. Our delivery associates are required to wear safety footwear at all times and cannot remove their boots, but will put on protective boot covers and/or provide covering to protect your floors. Please ensure your driveway and walkways are cleared to accept the delivery (i.e. snow & ice). As well please clear the path inside your home to the area where your purchase is to be placed. When unusual or difficult delivery conditions are encountered, the customer will be advised in advance of the risk of damage occurring. The customer then has the option of signing a damage waiver or having the merchandise returned to the store and reselecting other products. Due to insurance regulations, we cannot be responsible for any damage incurred by moving any furniture or appliances not purchased on your invoice. Also we are not responsible for damages caused by any third party that may have been referred to you by anyone in our company. Old furniture, bedding, appliances and electronics cannot be disposed of through Tufted Nailhead. Disposal of old merchandise is the responsibility of the customer. A restocking fee may apply if unwrapped furniture, bedding, appliances or electronics do not fit through the doorway or in the space intended. Please measure the units and your premises prior to delivery.

    Appliances We will uncrate and move your new purchase into place, but for insurance reasons we cannot connect it to electrical, plumbing, or gas outlets. If you want an existing appliance moved to the curb, for safety reasons, the pieces must be disconnected and/or drained. Old appliances will be moved to the curb on a one for one basis only if they are reasonably clean and if it is safe to do so. A damage waiver must also be signed. Built-in wall ovens, cook tops, hood fans, microwaves etc., will be left in cartons unless requested by the customer. Electronics All televisions will be removed from the carton for inspection only. For insurance reasons we cannot set up, mount or connect a TV to any other equipment. All DVD players and stereo systems are delivered in factory containers and cannot be unpacked or setup by our delivery associates under any circumstance. Please review your owners manual for any operation or installation concerns.
